AR Automation - Access Token Renewals

Minor incident Production Environment - Production: Automated Accounts Receivable

We experienced an incident with one of our Automated Accounts Receivable (Armatic) servers yesterday, which prevented us from renewing the access tokens to some of the Accounting and Email integrations.

AR Automation accounts using one of the following integrations are required to update their connection (reconnect) to assure that the systems are synchronized:

  • QuickBooks
  • Gmail
  • Microsoft365
  • Xero
