After the completion of the standard database maintenance job we have identified an exception that prevented payment token from being generated. During the incident window the error 500 was thrown on token creation attempts.

• We have corrected the database exception and token creation flow has been restored
• We are evaluating the maintenance job in question and the changes needed to prevent future occurrence
