Retroactive

The subscription job failure lead to 24 hour delay in processing some subscriptions in our system. The BlueSnap Operations team reset the job which allowed it to catch up and process all delayed subscriptions

Root cause is still under investigation by the IT team Operations added additional alert to detect the issue in case of future occurrence
