We are currently experiencing an issue that is causing the Virtual Terminal functionality to be unavailable. While the Virtual Terminal console page is accessible, merchants may be unable to process new charges.
Our teams are actively investigating the root cause and working to restore service as quickly as possible.
Please note that shoppers who have received a ChargeLink are not affected. This issue is limited to merchants using the Virtual Terminal tool. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
