We are in the process of rolling out our services and are starting to see successful transactions.
This process will take approximately 10 minutes to complete, after which our services will be fully restored, with the following exceptions:
- Reports
- Sandbox processing
- Payouts
Thank you for your patience as we continue to work towards full recovery. We will provide updates as necessary.
Our Processing Services are currently being tested before they go live again, and we anticipate being able to enable transaction processing within the next 2 hours. Due to the volume backlog, you may encounter latency when the service is restored.
Other Services
- Payouts: We are still evaluating the impacts on our Payout component. If there will be a delay in today’s Payouts, we will communicate later today.
- Reporting: Reporting will not be available until later today or possibly tomorrow.
