Earlier today, between 7:30 AM and 9:56 AM ET, we experienced an interruption in service due to a firewall configuration update. This incident specifically affected access to our AR Automation (Armatic) Customer Portal UI, resulting in access errors for users attempting to navigate the portal.

All payment processing services remained unaffected during this period and continued to operate normally.
