Minor incident Ongoing Issue with 3D Secure Authentication Causing Some Transactions to Fail

The 3D Secure Authentication issue has been resolved.

Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this issue.

Scheduled maintenance Planned 3D Secure Maintenance from 2026-03-25 00:00 PDT to 2026-03-25 12:00 PDT

On March 25th our 3D secure service provider will be performing scheduled maintenance.

We do not anticipate any issues, however some 3D Secure (3DS) authentications may intermittently fail.

In case of failure please retry the transaction/authentication—it should succeed on a subsequent attempt.

We will be monitoring during the maintenance window and provide updates if anything changes.
