Issues with accessing reports
One of the BlueSnap network appliance experienced sporadic downtime which impacted the reporting authentication service. This resulted in some authentication requests to fail. Any request that failed authentication resulted in a failure of the report.
The BlueSnap IT team rebooted the affected servers/appliances to restore connectivity and stabilize the authentication service
The following actions have been taken to avoid similar issues in the future: o Patch the network appliance and Operating System running the Authentication service to prevent future occurrence o Enhance monitoring of client facing environments to automate the detection of future incidents. o Separate the production authentication service into its own server to improve redundancy and stability.
