Sporadic connectivity issue to an internal BlueSnap service resulting in some transactions to fail
We experienced a sporadic connectivity errors to an internal service responsible for processing transactions. This resulted in some transactions to fail with a generic GENERAL_PROCESSING_ERROR declines.
The BlueSnap DevOps team identified that the issue was caused by a human error where the service was restarted in a rolling fashion impacting processing of some transactions.
A Post mortem is being conducted to identify process improvement to prevent future occurrences.
