We would like to inform you that on October 30, 2022 our SSL/TLS certificate will be renewed for bluesnap.com. This change will affect all of the “BlueSnap.com” domains, including ws.bluesnap.com and checkout.bluesnap.com

The renewal of the certificate is not expected to cause any interruption since the new certificate is signed by the same Authority as the current certificate. However, we do encourage you to do the following:

• Test your integration with BlueSnap in the Sandbox after October 2nd

• Forward this notification to your IT staff asking them to review the SSL/TLS KeyStore configuration and check if USERTrust RSA Certification Authority (CA) root authority certificate is trusted. The certificate can be downloaded from: https://support.sectigo.com/articles/Knowledge/Sectigo-Chain-Hierarchy-and-Intermediate-Roots (Under the USERTrust RSA CA option).
