Service Interruption in Reporting Module - Production - April 30, 2018 - [Resolved]

We had a brief interruption in our reporting module in production. The issue is now resolved.

Impact time/date:

April 30, 5:30 am until 5:45 am PST

Impacted systems:

  • Production

Impacted services:

  • SnapConsole


  • During the incident window, reports were not accessible in the Merchant console.

  • The issue was mitigated and all services are up and running.

Root cause:

  • High demand resulted in resource exhaustion in the Reporting Services infrastructure..

Corrective Action:

  • Additional resources have been allocated to the reporting infrastructure to handle the unusual demand peak.
