We had a brief interruption in some of our services in the US data center. Some transactions, reports and inquiries that involved invoices failed to execute. The issue is now resolved
During the incident, some payment transactions in the US datacenter failed
Also, some inquiries and reports related to invoices failed
The BlueSnap Operations team moved traffic to the UK datacenter to eliminate impact while we continued to troubleshoot the incident
All services are up and running at this point
Issue resulted from a maintenance job that ran on the US database server that caused certain functionality to fail.
Changes were applied to the maintenance job to prevent future occurrence of this incident
