April 11, 2018: Skrill is now enabled and the issue is resolved.
We recently discovered an issue that is preventing us from creating Invoices for Skrill (aka Money Bookers, PaySafe) transactions.
Shoppers experience failure at the purchase flow - but their Skrill accounts are charged.
Our team has identified the problem and we're working with the PaySafe team to find a solution.
In order to prevent further failures - we are temporarily disabling the Skrill payment method.
We will reach out to impacted shoppers and all charges that were created without an invoice on BlueSnap will be refunded.
