BlueSnap Incident Notification - February 12, 2020 to - API Calls Failing - RESOLVED

Following a recent update of the BlueSnap SSL Certificate we have encountered failures of API calls. We have reverted the deployed certificate and we are now investigating the issue.

This issue is now resolved.

Time-frame: February 12, 2020 04:40 to 06:10 PST.

Notes:

  • Recently we have deployed a new SSL Certificate to our sandbox environment.
  • Following the test results, we have announced that the new certificate will be deployed to production today (February 12, 2020) - without any impact.
  • Unfortunately - We found that some API calls were impacted as a result of the change in production and we reverted to the old certificate.
  • Our IT team is investigating the root cause of the failures on the new certificate.
